Booking conditions and service agreement for Tulip Tours Iceland.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Tulip Tours. Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Vehicle Guarantee
You will always receive your selected vehicle category or a complimentary upgrade to a higher category at no additional cost. Your booked price is guaranteed regardless of the vehicle assigned.
Tour Itineraries
Tour itineraries are provided as a guide. Actual routes and stops may vary due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Our guides will always prioritize your safety and aim to provide the best possible experience.
Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. Please provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.
Liability
Tulip Tours carries full liability insurance for all passengers during tours and transfers. However, we are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles, injuries resulting from disregarding safety instructions, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are expected to follow safety instructions from guides and drivers at all times. Tulip Tours reserves the right to modify or end a tour if passenger behavior endangers themselves or others.
