Free Cancellation — Up to 24 Hours Before
Cancel your tour or transfer for any reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours — No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable. This policy is in place because our drivers and vehicles are committed in advance and cannot easily be reassigned on short notice.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Iceland's weather can be unpredictable. If Tulip Tours cancels your tour due to severe weather or unsafe road conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Your safety is always our first priority.
Booking Modifications
Need to change your booking date or details? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment information is processed securely via Teya and we do not store card details on our servers.
